Lalit and his brother Sachin Bhardwaj, has started their carrier in 1997 with a leading courier company. They have founded various gaps in terms of reach, services, products and rates.Most of the companies are regionally strong in domestic & international. Like Aramax is for gulf,TNT for Europe and in India, Professional courier for south, FFCL for West & North, Blue Dart for Major and Metro cities. The courier companies cannot provide the logistics solutions like Mover & Packer, Road, Train and Air Cargo services.
There is a huge gap as individual customer does not know to whom they should choose for their parcels. Keep in mind this huge gap; we have tried to bridge this gap to start a single window for all logistic solution.
On 1 st Sep 2015, we have founded easy to use online portal FlyMyParcel.Com. At Fly My Parcel the customer has liberty to choose their forwarder or we will choose the best for their parcel. This is one of its kinds portal like India’s first online courier company with exclusive personal dashboard (user interface) provide all the information related to their booking and deliveries at their fingertips anytime, anywhere.
For the customer convenient, we have opened our own live stores in Delhi and Gurgaon and coming soon to Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. We are planning to open up live/drop off stores on each and every pin codes and commercial /industrial hub to make the easy reach to customer. We have already opened 18 live franchise stores in NCR and increasing our reach to customer day by day.
